Terms and conditions of use/legal notices

Criterion ICTS agrees to provide user access to user service center with valid Support Contract. User agrees that he/she shall access and use solely for the purposes designated. User agrees to treat all computer data and files and other computer based information belonging to Criterion ICTS as confidential and shall not use or disclose it to third parties whether or not such information is labeled to indicate that it is confidential or proprietary information. User agrees that he/she shall be responsible for his/her account. User further agrees that he/she shall not permit others to use his/her accounts or disclose to third parties his/her password(s) providing access to Criterion ICTS. Criterion ICTS may terminate the use of your account at any time.
