Offers you all the services provided in Level I
Allows you to call us with product-related questions during business hours (9 - 5)
Provides you with action request resolution timeframe commitments
Gold - Standard Software Maintenance plus 7x24 Support
Offers you all the services provided in Levels I and II
Provides you with pager numbers to contact our support personnel at any time of day to have your issues addressed immediately
But customer has the option to add to support on list and pay extra fee
